Dr. Starr lived in Tremonton and Providence when he was young, and then moved to Montana. He is looking forward to moving back to Cache Valley. He completed medical school at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2002, receiving his Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
He completed a one year traditional osteopathic rotating internship in Independence, Missouri, before finishing family medicine residency at the University of Wyoming-Family Medicine Residency program in Casper, Wyoming.
He has been practicing rural family medicine in Kemmerer, Wyoming for the past 11 ½ years. He enjoys doing full scope family medicine, including obstetrics, and using osteopathic manipulative therapy.
He enjoys most sports, especially golf, camping, backpacking/hiking, and mountain biking.
